  • Can I cancel or modify my order?
    As long as your order is not already with our despatch team, we should still be able to cancel it for you. Please contact us to make this request. If your order has already been processed for despatch or already been shipped, you are welcome to return your order once received as indicated in our Return Policy. Please note that allcustom-madeandpersonalised itemscannot be cancelled or returned. If you are unsure please check with us whether an item is cancellable or non-cancellable before ordering.
  • Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?
    We have a showroom on In Vilnius, Lithuania. To visit the showroom, you can contact us and book an appointment
  • How do I place an order on Paukšt?
    To make purchases on our shop and access all of our services, we recommend you create an account. Search for an item: Browse our collections by selecting a category from the navigation menu or use the search option. Product information: All information is provided on the product's page, included information about sizing, composition and a description of the item. Click on a product image to see it in closer detail using the zoom. Place an order: Select the applicable options such as desired size Add the product to your Shopping Bag Once you have finished shopping, click on the Shopping Bag Select a shipping method and a payment method Enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment details. After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. As soon as your order has shipped, we will notify you with another email.
  • How will I know if you received my order?
    When you place an order for us, an confirmationletter will be sent to the email address you registered with. If you think you might have entered an incorrect email address, please contact our customer care team so they can assist you.
  • Do I need an account to place an order?
    You don't have set up an account to place an order with us. You can check out as a guest and all confirmation, despatch and tracking updates will still be sent to you by email. If you do choose to register an account there are several benefits to this including moving through the checkout process faster, tracking your orders at your convenience and gaining access to your wish list.
